The safety of our customers is our highest priority. Never will we place an automobile into operation that has not been inspected by a certified mechanic and determined to be road worthy for cross-country travel. Though our vehicles are vintage, we will take every reasonable step to ensure they are equipped with modern performance and safety equipment. We will thoroughly instruct our customers on the proper operation of our vehicles and take the measures necessary to ensure the vehicles are driven in a safe manner.

We are a direct representative of the people of United States of America and—together with the people who live and operate along our tour routes—we will foster a spirit of good will and hospitality to all of our customers. We expect the same of our vendors and service providers and will immediately cease doing business with anyone who fails to treat our customers with utmost of courtesy and respect.
In all marketing efforts we will promote an honest representation of every aspect of our tours; the value, the accommodations, the automobiles, the route and any potential risks.
We will resolve customer issues quickly, professionally and in a way that represents how we ourselves would want to be treated. We will then follow up to ensure we’ve done everything possible to make the customer’s experience first class.
We will be honest and above-board in all dealings with our customers, vendors and the general public alike. If there is an oversight, error, omission, accident or mistake; we will work diligently to solve the issue.
